Are these tools included with your consultancy services?

Yes. Our Supplier Engagement Portal, Employee Carbon Survey and Company Carbon Survey are included for clients on a Carbon Footprint Assessment, Carbon Reduction Plan or full carbon consultancy engagement. They're how we collect, validate and aggregate your data.

Can we use the tools standalone, without a full engagement?

We sometimes license the Supplier Engagement Portal to in-house sustainability teams who already calculate their own footprint but need a way to engage suppliers at scale. Get in touch and we'll talk through fit and pricing.

All three are proprietary products built and maintained in-house by The Carbon Stamp team. We use them on every client engagement, which is why they're built around the GHG Protocol, DEFRA factors and the practical realities of UK SME data.

Is supplier and employee data kept private?

Yes. All tools are GDPR-compliant. Employee survey responses are anonymised, supplier data is only visible to the relevant client account, and access is controlled via tokenised links rather than open logins.
